- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or favorite hot sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small pot combine the butter, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, flour, Creole seasoning and Tabasco.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
