  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or favorite hot sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small pot combine the butter, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, flour, Creole seasoning and Tabasco.
