- 12–14 tomatillos, husked (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 white onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (trim 2–3 inches of stems)
- 1 medium jalapeño, stem and seeds removed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
