This Snowman Stick Platter, made with bocconcini, fresh basil, and grape tomato snowmen on skewers, is a charming and easy addition to any Christmas party spread.

Serve the platter as a festive side salad or line up the snowmen as playful appetizers. For a dramatic presentation, arrange them in a long row and tuck a few rosemary sprigs in between to suggest tiny Christmas trees.

I like to keep things simple by arranging the snowmen on a bed of peppery arugula, but they also pair well with other salads — a tomato, red onion, and pomegranate mix or a holiday Caesar would be lovely companions.
