How to Make Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix with the oil, water, and eggs according to the box instructions (or follow your homemade recipe).
  3. Fold in about two-thirds of the chocolate chunks, then spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Bake the brownies for 35 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and evenly sprinkle the mini marshmallows, crumbled graham crackers, and the remaining chocolate chunks over the top.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moist with crumbs (not wet batter).
  7. Allow the brownies to cool for 10–15 minutes before cutting. This resting time helps the marshmallows set slightly while remaining gooey.
