One Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta is a flavorful, family-friendly one-pot pasta that combines the classic tastes of chicken cordon bleu into an easy weeknight meal—ready in under an hour.

Recently I shared my love of all things chicken cordon bleu with Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders, and now I’m excited to share this One Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta. It captures those familiar flavors—tender chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese—tossed with pasta and a creamy Alfredo finish, all made in one pot for minimal cleanup.

Pasta is a weakness of mine, and one-pot pasta recipes have a special place in my kitchen. They simplify dinner prep while delivering big flavor. In this version, the pasta cooks in chicken broth so it absorbs savory flavor while keeping the dish light and comforting.
This recipe is straightforward, hearty, and perfect for busy evenings. It’s a dependable dinner that my family loves.

I chose to make this dish as a one-pot meal to keep things simple without sacrificing flavor. It comes together quickly, cooks in under an hour, and fills the house with comforting aromas.
When you want other one-pot pasta ideas, look for similar recipes that use seasonal vegetables, sausage, or a creamy tomato base—many variations follow the same easy method.
