Crispy Bacon-Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

What do you do with all of those seeds that you scoop out of the pumpkin? Add bacon, of course.

These bacon pumpkin seeds are lightly sweet, just a touch of BBQ, and perfectly crunchy—an irresistible snack for kids and adults alike.

Bacon Pumpkin Seeds

If pumpkins go on sale after Halloween, stock up and make several batches. My niece declared, “I love bacon,” after trying them, and her brother kept coming back to the bowl saying, “I can’t stop eating these.” The adults were silent—they were too busy enjoying the seeds.

Happy Halloween Zesties!
